Absences

Please fill in this form if your child will be absent from school, more than half an hour late to school, or needs to be picked up early. This should be done before 9am on the day.

Students who are late must sign in at the office on the iPad before going to class. Please state the expected time of arrival when filling in the form below.

Students who are picked up early must be signed out at the office by a parent before leaving school. Please state the pick up time when filling in the form below.

If the absence is not for the current day, or is for two days or more, please includes the relevant dates in the Details section.
