ENROLMENTS

For the first time in a number of years we are now offering enrolment opportunities at most year levels. Parents should not delay in submitting an application as interest is very high.

Enrolment at Elim Christian College is in accordance with our enrolment policy criteria and interview process. 

All applications received will be checked against our enrolment criteria and then in due course interviews will be arranged. Should your application not result in an enrolment at the desired level, you may request that your application be considered for the following year.  These requests are made via the School Enrolment Officer either by phoning (09) 538 0368 or emailing enrolments@elim.school.nz. While remaining on the waiting list you will be required to keep your application documentation up to date, eg current school reports etc.  It is essential that you respond to any wait list review correspondence in order to remain on the waiting list.  Without the annual response return form, your child’s application will unfortunately be removed from the waiting list.  Any subsequent enrolment applications submitted thereafter will result in a new application being required.

New Junior Campus: With the anticipated opening of our new Junior Campus (Y0-7) in time for the commencement of the 2012 school year, we will have more classes at each year level. Whilst still maintaining our policy of smaller class sizes, we can now offer unparalleled opportunities from New Entrants to Year 7 enrolments. 

Y8 Enrolments: Whilst Y8 students will be remaining, at least in the short term, here on our current site we are also offering enrolment opportunities at Y8 level. 

Secondary School (Y9-13) – The secondary school will now be operating four classes at Y9 and three at Y10 from 2012 onwards. There is also an additional Y11 class in 2012.
