Whilst our classes are all full from NE - Year 13 inclusive for 2010, you are welcome to submit an application to be placed on our waiting list, as from time to time space does become available.  Your application will be kept on our waiting lists for the year of application.  After this time, if your child has not been enrolled and you wish your application to be considered for the following year, you should contact the Enrolments Officer at the school office phone 538 0368.  Additionally, while remaining on the waiting list, you must keep your application updated with the latest student progress and achievement report concerning your child. If we do not hear from you, your application will be automatically withdrawn at the end of that year and a new application will need to be submitted if you wish to re-apply. 

Enrolment for domestic students is subject to space being available at the required level and an interview process.  Enrolment is in accordance with our enrolment priority criteria as stated in our Prospectus. To submit an enrolment application will incur a one-off non refundable processing fee of $50 per child, payable when submitting the application to the school office.

ENROLMENTS FOR 2011

NEW ENTRANT: Each year we are experiencing substantial increases in the numbers of applications received at the New Entrant level.  It is now very difficult to meet the demand for places and we do not as yet have the space to create a second New Entrant class.  

In the Primary School there is only one class at each level and, in order to provide the best learning opportunities, we make it a priority to keep small class sizes. Very few places emerge at the Primary levels and it is not until Year 7 that there are genuine opportunities. 

With this in mind, we request that for New Entrant 2011 enrolments, all applications are lodged by Thursday, 1 July 2010. We will do our utmost to place enrolments in the appropriate New Entrant intake, from applications placed by 1 July 2010. Later applications are unlikely to gain a place with such large numbers being received. 

 
YEARS 1-13:

There is no actual closing date, applications are welcome any time, however, there is a cut-off date of Friday, 30 July 2010 in each year for guaranteeing processing for the coming year's Term 1 intake.  Applications which are received after this date will be processed and placed on our waiting lists for consideration should space become available.  Please note that applications which are received by the cut-off date of Friday, 30 July 2010 are still subject to space being available at the required level, but should space permit, all applications received by this date will be considered for an interview.
